The fact that the team were hugely frustrated and disappointed with their two narrow defeats, speaks volumes about this ambitious and rapidly progressing team. In the second half of the two matches, we showed we can compete and beat the best in the County, but struggled to gain control in the opening minutes and ended up chasing both games. St Mary's and Godolphin moved the ball quickly and were fast off the ball creating the fast breaks and causing us trouble in defence. Nevertheless, we regrouped, set clear targets and Sherborne were very much on the receiving end as we found our rythmn and started to click on the ball, scoring some fantastic well worked team goals.
