The first match of the season is a great way to “dust off” the stick skills and identify training priorities for the next few weeks. We were level at the end of the third quarter (5-5) but the Phoenix’s interplay saw them pull ahead in the final quarter. Great endeavour was shown by all the girls as the season commences!
