Once again the girls came across St Mary's Calne in what was a great battle, watched by lots of supporters on the sideline. Despite some very cold hands, they fought hard from the start and took an early lead, working the ball well down in attack. Soon, however, St Mary's Calne got into their rhythm and used their speed to drive hard to goal, although Emily made numerous fantastic saves. Although not the final result that we wanted, we have come away from the game knowing what we now need to work on for the rest of this term and into the season in the New Year.
