Not having a goalkeeper meant this match was always going to be an uphill battle but the girls were ready for the fight. The second half saw a flurry of goals as we worked together to retain possession in attack and wait for the right opportunity to take a shot on goal. The defence were continually challenged by fast breaks but learnt to double team the ball and certainly prevented the score from being higher.
