The game started strong for Marlborough, with some good transitions from the draw and two early goals from Amelie on the fast break. Despite a fabulous interception from Sariya and some good cuts from Mariella and Mira, we weren't able to capatalise as much as St Mary's Calne were off our possession leaving the score 3-2 to St Mary's Calne at half time. In the second half, Alexis managed to reduce the score line with some brilliant saves. Grace showed good fight for the ground balls and Rosie had several fabulous transitions of the ball up the pitch in to the attacking end. Amelie managed to score another goal and Chloe N in the attack made some smart decisions in the fan which almost resulted in more. Final score 8-3 to St Mary's Calne.
