It was a lovely day for a home game with the girls achieving their first win of the season! Right from the start they drove hard to goal and created space for each other in attack. The defence had good communication and turned the ball over with successful crash calls, with midfielders fighting hard up to the restraining line. Emily made some great saves and rapidly cleared the ball out to create fast breaks. In the second half, the girls focused on moving the ball around more in the attack which resulted in 4 different goal scorers. Fantastic game.
