An excellent afternoon of learning and development for the U16 squad. Both opposition Schools had a handful of England juniors and Club-based players, so it was always going to be a tough afternoon. However, the boys showed real determination and relentless levels of effort, and thoroughly enjoyed competing against some of the top age-group players in the country. Well done to National Schools debutant Teddy, for his 2 wins at #5, and to Max and Zach at #3 and #4, for their 1-2 results in the second fixture. A top effort and attitude from Jasper and Henry at #2 and #1, particularly Henry's performance against the current Boys U17 2022 British Junior Champion. We look forward to continued improvement in the Plate competition.
