Format = best of 3 par 11

A good start against hosts Cheltenham College, winning 3-2 (Ilya 0-2; Max 2-1; Freddie 0-2; Jake 2-0; Henry D 2-1) - Henry D played especially well and managed to hold his nerve in a tight 3rd, which he won 11-9.

We should have continued that form in our second match against Abingdon, but some tired looking performances saw us go down 2-3 - well done to Jake and Henry L-B for strong performances at #4 and #5 respectively.

Wycliffe were always the strong favourites, but it was good experience for the boys playing against some of the top juniors nationally and from abroad. Henry L-B managed to pull off a great win at #5, but the match was lost 1-4.

Only one team from each Group qualifies for the National Finals Day - Wycliffe stormed to overall victory in ours with 3 out of 3 wins. Cheltenham managed to beat Abingdon in their fixture, so it was 1 win from 3 for Marlborough, Abingdon and Cheltenham.
