It is a measure of our progress that we play teams like Downe House at the same level and today’s match showed us what we need to achieve if we are going to compete with the best. The first quarter saw Downe House dominate the 50:50 balls, transition up the pitch with ease and shot with efficiency. Small improvements in each quarter resulted in the game being more competitive as it progressed and special mention goes to Dora W for her tireless effort in stifling their attacks and creating opportunities for our attack.
